Reproduction WWII German M31 Canvas Rucksack - WW2003

Originally designed for use by mountain troops, these rucksacks were later used widely by regular troops and came to form part of the standard Wehrmacht marching equipment. The removable straps allowed the rucksack to be optionally fitted with an A-frame or Y-straps. Many period examples were modified or repaired with use of rifle slings taken from the battlefield.

- Quality canvas construction

- Black leather and black steel fittings

- Large main compartment with buttoned internal pocket and two external pockets

- Removable and adjustable leather shoulder straps

- Fitted with D-loops to enable other equipment to be fitted

Note: Sponge clean with cool water. Do not machine wash.
